Who Am I and How Can I Help?
Hello I’m Amy, an MBACP Registered Counsellor.
Alongside this I am a doctoral student training as a Psychologist.
With a decade of experience working with Mental Health and Wellbeing, I’m curious, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
I specialise as an "integrative practitioner". This means I tailor sessions to your individual needs. Therapy with me is trauma-informed, I understand that attending sessions can be challenging. Together we can explore ways to make counselling work for you.
I am trained to work with all individuals. I have a strong interest in Neuropsychology and varied experience in Neuropsychological services. Some of the conditions I have worked with include Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia.
My services
-
Free No-obligation Chat
A free, no-obligation chat lasts 15 minutes and provides you with the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you might have before booking an initial consultation. This quick conversation is designed to ensure you feel comfortable and informed about the process ahead.
-
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is our first session together, priced between £60 and £68. This meeting will last for 50 minutes and serves as an assessment of your challenges. We will establish what you hope to gain from therapy and how we can work together to achieve this. It’s also an opportunity for both of us to see if we’re a good fit, which is essential for effective therapy.

Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions will last for 50 minutes. They are tailored to you and will therefore look different for different people. We’ll agree on the frequency of sessions to fit your schedule, and the duration of therapy will depend on your commitment and therapy goals. Sessions are priced between £60 and £68.

Ending Therapy
From the start of therapy, we focus on the end goal: helping you gain the confidence and tools to manage on your own while building a supportive relationship. In our final session, we'll reflect on your journey and ensure we have achieved your therapy goals. Though therapy may end, you're always welcome to return for support in the future.
